When asked to return the animal(s), I agree to do so without conflict, and I understand that to refuse to do so may result in criminal prosecution against me and I accept full financial responsibility should legal proceedings be required to return the animal to Rescue-A-Bull.

I understant that if at any time after I am approved, and Rescue-A-Bull revisits my home and finds it unsafe, the animal(s) in my care will be repossed.

If the animal(s) become sick, I agree to call Rescue-A-Bull immediately, and I agree to return the animal(s) to Rescue-A-Bull for care, or take the animal(s) to a vet of Rescue-A-Bull's choosing. All vetting must be pre-approved by Rescue-A-Bull.

I acknowledge my awareness that dogs and cats respond to situations differently, that such responses may be unpredictable, and that Rescue-A-Bull makes no claims, representations, or warrantly, either expressed or implied, as to the behavior or temperament of animals placed. I acknowledge that Rescue-A-Bull is not liable for any damages to person, property, or veterinary expenses of the animals in or outside of the home that is caused by the animal that I have fostered.

Otherwise, I understand that the dog(s) will remain available for adoption & can be adopted by any approved applicant if I fail to follow protocol.
